Minor Piercing Identification Requirements

PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST BE PRESENT
State-issued photo identification is required from the legal guardian
ALL MINOR'S ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE
one form of photo ID State issued, passport, or school ID
In the event the parent has a different last name and/or address from the child, documentation is needed to prove the relationship (for example: divorce or marriage certificate; custodial or adoption papers.
Power of attorney for guardianship and Military ID not accepted
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PHOTO COPIES OF ANY DOCUMENTS OR IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED

booking and cancellation

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will result in a canceled appointment and your card will be charged the no show/cancellation fee.
missed appointments and cancellations with less than a 3 hours notice will incur a nonrefundable fee per service. by booking an appointment you agree to these terms. Thank you for understanding our studio's time and professionalism.

Shop Policy

For the safety and integrity of your piercings, we require that all jewelry be purchased through our studio. We do not install outside jewelry, whether for new or existing piercings
Age requirements are built into our booking system—if an option is not available for a minor, that service is not offered.
Downsizing to a shorter post is not included with the initial piercing and will require a separate transaction and appointment
Children’s earlobe piercings begin at age 8, provided they show all signs of readiness
Not every anatomy is suited for every piercing. If we believe a placement will not heal properly, we may decline the request but will gladly discuss alternative options to ensure a safe and beautiful result.
Services we do not offer: surface anchors (dermal), surface bars, infant ear lobes, oral (tongue, smiley), cheek, male or female genitalia piercings (if it requires you to remove clothing we don't offer it)
A valid drivers license, state-issue photo ID or passport must be provided for all piercings over the age of 18.
